St. Simons & Co. (“we,” “the shop”) sells handcrafted jewelry, charms, mugs, and coffee from our studio on St. Simons Island, Georgia. By placing an order through this site, you agree to these terms.
All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — your card details never touch our servers. You’re responsible for providing an accurate email address; it’s how we deliver order confirmations and return instructions.
Orders ship via USPS or Amazon Shipping to US addresses. Our 30-day return policy is described in full on the Returns & Shipping page, which is part of these terms.
Our products are made by hand in small batches — slight variations in color, texture, and finish are part of the character, not a defect. Product photos are representative; your piece will be its own.
Don’t use this site for fraud, unauthorized reselling, scraping, or anything that would make our grandmother shake her head. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
The content, photography, and design of this site belong to St. Simons & Co.. Please don’t reproduce them commercially without asking.
Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. That’s it — we’re a small shop, not an insurance company.
