We collect the minimum, use it to do right by you, and never sell it
Contact form: your name, email, and message — used only to reply to you.
Orders: the email you check out with, the items you purchased, and the order amount. Your payment details never touch our servers — Stripe handles all card information, and your shipping address lives in Stripe’s secure vault, not with us.
To fulfill your orders, process returns, answer your messages, and — if you ask us to — follow up on a return or issue. We don’t send marketing emails unless you explicitly ask.
We share only what’s necessary to run the shop: Stripe processes payments, and the operational tools we use to manage orders and returns see only what they need to. We never sell your information.
Your shopping cart lives in your own browser — we don’t track you around the web, and there are no ad trackers on this site.
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and to honor warranties and returns. Contact messages are kept until resolved and then no longer than needed.
Want your info corrected or removed? Send us a message through the contact page and we’ll take care of it within 30 days. (Order records required for accounting may be retained in anonymized form.)
